Executive Team

  • Chay Kitts

    Chief Operating Officer & Design Lead

    Chay has 22 years of experience in the Construction & Development Industry. His journey began as a Carpenter where he learned the fundamentals. Chay spent many informative years as the owner of a construction company specializing in the designing, constructing and renovating of luxury homes in southern Saskatchewan and Alberta.

    In 2011, Chay transitioned his way into supervising the design of various commercial and multi-family developments. Overtime, this further grew into him consulting and eventually supervising the construction management of multiple projects. This included the direct supervision of up to 31 full time employees.

    In more recent years, Chay found himself in the Private Equity world in the role of C.O.O. He oversaw Development and Construction for both REIT’s and REDT’s portfolios. The value of projects Chay has been a part of overseeing, including an extensive portfolio of developments of luxury condos, residential rental units, multi-generational facilities, restaurants, and retail across Canada exceeds $315,000,000.

  • Sydney Kitts

    Chief Financial Officer & Team Lead

    Sydney has 13 years of experience in the Construction, Development & Finance Industry. Most recently, Sydney spent the last two years as the VP of Finance & Accounting for a REIT, in the private equity world. She did everything from bank financing, to bookkeeping and controller work, and proformas for each property. Sydney loves problem solving, analysis, and working with numbers.

    For the 10 years previous to that, Sydney was the VP of Finance for a group of five family businesses.

    Being a woman entrepreneur, She is proud to say she has been nominated for the Royal Bank of Canada Woman Entrepreneur of the year 3 years in a row, placing in the top 4% of applicants across Canada! In University, she received her BSc in Economics graduating with Cum Laude Honours. The value of projects Sydney has been a part of leading, including an extensive portfolio of developments of residential rental units exceeds $250,000,000.

    Chay has 22 years of experience in the Construction & Development Industry. Chay’s favourite design projects include Best Cellars, Roots Kitchen & Bar, Hunters Furniture & The Hodges Townhomes.

  • Junaid

    Design

    Junaid has 19 years of experience after graduating with his Master’s in Design from the National College of Arts, in Lahore. After two years as a professor of design in Faislabad, Junaid went into the private industry. Junaid’s favourite design projects include the Broad st Caraway Grille, YQR Lounge and India Curry House.

  • Sebastian Fasiang

    Architecture & Design

    Sebastian has 4 years of architecture experience after receiving his Bachelor of Architecture from ENSAPL in Lille, France.

  • Terri Wendland

    Socials Management & Admin

    Terri has 16 years of admin experience after her administrator assistant education. She excels at data entry and logistics.
